Reflexology session that works the nerves of both feet stimulating increased blood flow and oxygen to all the body systems which helps to reduce stress and providing overall relaxation.

Foot & Hand Reflexology
A Reflexology session that combines Foot and Hand Reflexology into one session. A 60 minute session includes roughly 45 minutes of Foot Reflexology and 15 minutes of Hand Reflexology. A 90 minute session is 60 minutes of Foot Reflexology and 30 minutes of Hand Reflexology.

HAND Reflexology
Reflexology session of the hands with similar benefits of foot reflexology. Ideal for elderly, disabled, people who works with their hands, and individuals with injuries to their feet.
30 Minutes - $40
TRAVEL Reflexology
Reflexology comes to you. Available for large groups, elderly, immune compromised, and clients who have difficulty with stairs, public spaces, and transportation. A minimum session time of 1 hour is required.
$20 travel surcharge

Frederick Reflexology was founded to help people obtain their best health.
Lara Westdorp, founder, is a nationally ARCB certified reflexologist (NBCR) in Foot and Hand reflexology. A graduate of the Baltimore School of Reflexology, Lara is the current President of the Board of Directors for the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) and a member of the Maryland Reflexology Association. Lara has been practicing Lightarian Reiki and Sekem-Seichim Reiki since 2006, in addition to ongoing studies with Buddhist, Taoist, and indigenous meditation and healing masters.
