Frederick Reflexology was founded to help people obtain their best health.

 

Lara Westdorp, founder, is a nationally ARCB certified reflexologist (NBCR) in Foot and Hand reflexology. A graduate of the Baltimore School of Reflexology, Lara is the current President of the Board of Directors for the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) and a member of the Maryland Reflexology Association. Lara has been practicing Lightarian Reiki and Sekem-Seichim Reiki since 2006, in addition to ongoing studies with Buddhist, Taoist, and indigenous meditation and healing masters.
