founder of Frederick Reflexology LLC
Lara is a graduate of the Baltimore School of Reflexology and nationally ARCB certified reflexologist (NBCR) in Foot and Hand reflexology. She is also trained in Structural Reflexology, Acupressure, Lightarian Reiki and Sekem-Seichim Reiki, essential oils, in addition to ongoing studies with Buddhist, Taoist, and indigenous meditation and healing masters.

Lara currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) and is a member of the Maryland Reflexology Association.
