Exciting results for reducing Anxiety, Depression, and Sleep Issues using Reflexology

Recent clinical trials looking at the impact of using Reflexology to reduce anxiety, depression, and sleep issues have had promising results. As listed on the National Institutes of Health website - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/- the studies have consistently shown measurably reduced levels of the symptoms in adults following a Reflexology session.

One study reviewed 42 articles with a total sample of 3,928 participants across multiple countries and concluded "Foot reflexology is a non-invasive and convenient intervention and regularly receiving foot reflexology can be considered complementary therapy to improve the sleep quality of adults with sleep disturbances".

Another study concluded, "Foot reflexology may provide additional non-pharmacotherapy intervention for adults suffering from depression, anxiety, or sleep disturbance."
